Travel document information (e.g. passport number), when required to complete a booking
Travel preferences and request details (destination, dates, budget, group composition)

This information is collected directly from you, through our online forms, by email, or by phone.

Prepare and process your quote request or booking

Share the information necessary with our travel suppliers (hotels, cruise lines, theme parks, airlines, travel insurers, etc.) to complete your booking

Retention of information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. As a general guideline, client records are typically retained for seven (7) years after the end of the business relationship, subject to adjustment based on our legal obligations. After this period, your information is securely destroyed or anonymized.
