Information we collect

Depending on the nature of your request or booking, we may collect:

  • First and last name
  • Mailing address and postal code
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Travel document information (e.g. passport number), when required to complete a booking
  • Travel preferences and request details (destination, dates, budget, group composition)
  • Payment-related information for deposits or balances, where applicable

This information is collected directly from you, through our online forms, by email, or by phone.

Purposes of collection

We use your personal information to:

  • Prepare and process your quote request or booking
  • Communicate with you about your trip
  • Share the information necessary with our travel suppliers (hotels, cruise lines, theme parks, airlines, travel insurers, etc.) to complete your booking
  • Inform you of promotional offers, with your consent
  • Produce internal statistics to improve our services
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations (including as a travel agency licensed by the Office de la protection du consommateur du Québec, licence no. 702703)

We only collect the information necessary for these purposes.

Transfers of information outside Quebec

Some of our service providers (including certain analytics and hosting tools) may process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. When this occurs, we ensure that this information receives protection equivalent to that provided under applicable Quebec law.

Retention of information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. As a general guideline, client records are typically retained for seven (7) years after the end of the business relationship, subject to adjustment based on our legal obligations. After this period, your information is securely destroyed or anonymized.

Our services are not directed at minors. Information about children traveling with you is collected from a parent or guardian as part of planning your trip.
