Learn More →At Destinations Magiques, our mission is simple: help Canadian families plan their dream Disney vacations. To keep delivering that exceptional service, we're looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our team of specialized Disney travel advisors.
If you love the Disney universe, enjoy helping people, and want to build a flexible career from home — this opportunity may be exactly what you've been looking for.
Why Join Destinations Magiques?
We're not your average travel agency. Here's what makes us different.
100% Remote Work
Work from home, on your schedule. You set your own hours and manage your time around your personal priorities.
Full Training Provided
No tourism experience required. We train you on Disney products, booking tools, and client service — including the College of Disney Knowledge certification.
Commission-Based Income
The more trips you plan, the more you earn. A competitive commission structure with tiered growth based on your performance.
A Supportive Team
You'll never be on your own. Our team supports you daily with resources, ongoing training, and an active advisor community.
Disney Specialization
Become a recognized Disney destination expert — a rewarding niche with strong demand among Canadian families year-round.
Expand Beyond Disney
Through our affiliation with AquaTerra, you can broaden your offering to other travel products and serve clients on all their vacation needs.
The Profile We're Looking For
You don't need to be a travel industry veteran — your passion and commitment to client service are what matter most.
You truly love the Disney universe — the films, the parks, the cruises — and you know the guest experience beyond just photos seen online.
You've visited Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort multiple times. Experience with other Disney destinations (DCL, Disneyland Paris, Aulani…) is a strong asset.
You enjoy advising, reassuring, and guiding people through their decisions with patience, attentiveness, and professionalism.
You manage your own clients, follow-ups, and bookings with precision and reliability. This role requires genuine professional commitment.
English proficiency is required — many suppliers and agent support centres are based in the United States. You may serve clients in English or French.
The role requires foundational training, the College of Disney Knowledge, and the steps to obtain the Quebec travel advisor certificate (OPC). Training fees apply.
This role is probably not for you if…
You've never actually visited a Disney destination
You prefer a salaried position with a fixed schedule
You're not interested in building your own client base
You're not comfortable with training, compliance, and client follow-ups
You see this as a hobby rather than a professional commitment
"We're looking for people who want to do things right — build trust-based relationships and accompany clients with genuine professionalism."
